User troubleshooting
- First, try to use the application with an incognito window or clear the cache of your device.
- If the error persists, try to clear browsing data. Different internet navigators or mobile phones have different ways to do it, so please search for the procedure that applies for your device.
- Reload the application by refreshing the page on navigator or reentering the application on mobile.
