This article will help you whether you want to cancel an order or you are having delivery issue.
For both issues you may need to involve your sales representative. If are unsure of who your sales representative is, please read this article: How to access my Sales Rep name and Contact Info in BEES?
Currently, BEES does not have a way to cancel an order digitally through the app or website. However, it does not mean that you can't do this. To cancel an order, please get in touch with your Sales Representative, he/she can evaluate your request and make this change on the Route Accounting System (RAS) and this information will be automatically synchronized on BEES.
If you are facing delivery issues, including missing delivery, please access your order on BEES and check the expected delivery date.
To check this, access My Account > Orders > Select your order.
If the delivery date is a future date, perhaps the delivery date was changed by your wholesaler. If this may creates a problem, we ask you please reach out to your sales representative to help rectify this issue.
If the delivery date is in the past you won't find the order on the orders page, instead, you may find it at the invoices section. Try to find the invoice to see when it was issued.
With this information in hand, contact your sales representative to rectify this discrepancy.
