- The running applications can store some piece of data on your device to be faster. These data remains in the cache storage and sometimes may get out-dated. That's why we recommend to clear your cache to avoid issues. This article HERE details how to clear the application cache and website.
- If you're on our BEES website, refresh your page. If you're on our BEES application, please close the app and reopen it.
- If you are using BEES on our website, you can try to use the application with an incognito window.
- If the error persists, please reach out to our BEES support team. You can do this in many ways. If you are at the Help Center, just click in the chat on the bottom right corner, like the image below. Document the problem you are facing in the box and hit "Start chat".
