Find order status within myBEES USA new app
To find the status of an order you placed, follow these steps:
1. Select “Account” from the main menu in the myBEES USA app.
2. This will bring you to your general "Account" Screen. So, your next step is to click on the “Orders” tab.
2. Each order you’ve placed will be listed there, with the most recent at the top. Next to the order, you’ll be able to see its status:
- In Progress: This means we’ve received the order, but it is still in progress to be processed.
- Expected delivery: This means your order is confirmed and has an expected delivery date.
- Delivered: This means your order was delivered.
Need to change something about your order? Not to worry. Before your order is finalized for delivery, you can still cancel the original order, then make your changes and re-submit the order. To find out more about how to cancel an order, click here.
