1. Access the account menu.

 

 

2. Tap on the Help tab.

 

3. Click on the option "Make a New Request"

 

5. Fill in all requested fields. Scroll down to see more fields.

 

 

6. Click on Continue.

 

7. Click on Submit.

8. Done!

1. On the bottom of the page, click on BEES Support.

 

 

2. On the right upper corner, click on 'Submit a request'.

 

 

3. Fill in all requested fields. Go down to see more fields.

 

 

4. Click on Submit.
