1. Open the BEES app.
2. Access the Invoices area:
On Web: Select the "Invoices" menu in the top taskbar.
On Mobile: Tap the 'Account' icon in the navbar and select 'Invoices'.
3. Start payment: Click the "Make a payment" button.

I don't see the "Make a Payment" button
If the button is not available, please contact your distributor, as the payment portal may not be activated for your specific account.
I am getting an error saying "Unable to access"
Email Link: Ensure you have an email address tied to your account in BEES. Without a linked email, you will be unable to access the payment portal.
Refresh Session: If you are on the Web, try accessing BEES in an Incognito window. If you are on a mobile device, please log out and log back in.
I am unable to select invoices (no checkboxes)
If you cannot see the checkboxes to select invoices for payment, check with your wholesaler to verify if your account is enabled to make digital payments.
Understanding your Invoice list
Past Due Invoices: Rows highlighted with an orange warning symbol indicate past-due payments that require immediate attention.
Previous Payments: You can view your payment history by clicking on the "All Payments" section.
Payment Status: If you have made a payment but BEES still reflects "Not Paid," please note that payments must be accepted by your distributor first. The status typically updates in BEES within 24 hours.
Managing Payments & Credits
Payment Methods: You can pay via Bank Account or Credit Card (if your distributor has credit card payments enabled). If you do not see the credit card option, contact your distributor for more information.
Update Information: You can update your bank or payment details by clicking "Manage Payment Info."
Applying Credits: You can apply available credits within the portal during the checkout process. Alternatively, your distributor can apply credits directly to your account.
