To set up Autopay, the customer selects Set up Autopay from the Invoices page. They will then be redirected to the EFTPay / JP Morgan registration flow, where they must provide the required information and connect their bank account.
During registration, the customer may be asked to provide business and account information, such as company details, address, and contact information, to link a valid bank account.
Once the information has been submitted, the account will go through the required verification and approval steps. During this process, invoices can still be paid manually by selecting Pay manually.
Experience
- Click Set up Autopay.
- Complete the required information.
- Connect to your account.
- Wait for the micro-deposit verification.
- Wait for wholesaler approval.
- Autopay is finished once onboarding is approved.
Possible Onboarding Statuses
During the registration process, the customer may see one of the following statuses:
- Pending micro-deposit: The bank account verification is still in progress. The customer will receive two small deposits and one reversing debit in their bank account. They must verify these amounts to complete the bank account validation.
- Wholesaler approval: The customer's bank account has been successfully verified. The final step is for the wholesaler to assign an EFT ID to the customer.
- Verification in Progress: The registration is currently being processed and should be completed shortly.
- Onboarding approved: Autopay has been successfully activated. Future eligible invoices will be paid automatically using the linked bank account.
- Error: The registration could not be completed. The customer can try again or continue paying invoices manually. For additional assistance, please contact ecsupport@anheuser-busch.com.
- Onboarding declined: The wholesaler did not approve the registration request. The customer should contact their wholesaler for more information and may continue paying invoices manually.
