To make sure deliveries follow the wholesaler's schedule, BEES uses delivery windows. When you place an order, you'll choose a delivery date. However, you can only select that delivery date up until a certain date and time, called the delivery cut-off. After that point, the delivery date won't be available anymore. This helps the wholesaler receive and process orders smoothly to deliver them on time.
Example:
Note: In the screenshot above, we’ve shown three different scenarios to help you understand how selecting delivery dates works based on the day and time your order is placed, considering the delivery cutoff schedule.
To receive your order within the delivery window, please make sure to place it before the cutoff time.
BEES helps you to remember the cut-off day by sending notifications like:
"Your order deadline is coming up. Place your order in BEES today to receive your order on...".
Just a quick reminder: Please make sure your phone notifications are turned on - How to turn on BEES Notifications
If you miss the cut-off time, the delivery date for the next day won’t be available. You’ll need to choose the next available delivery date before placing your order.
