After placing an order, you can check its status anytime.
WEB
On the web, you can find 'Order history' in the top toolbar under 'Order'. You can also access it by going to Account > Order history.
APP
On the app, you can select 'Orders' from the Home screen, or go to Account > Orders if you prefer.
You’ll see all your orders listed there, with the most recent at the top. Next to each order, you’ll find its status:

Possible Order Statuses
- Processing: Your order is on its way to your wholesaler.
- Order placed: Your wholesaler has received your order.
- Cancellation pending: Your cancellation request is in progress.
- Billed: Your order has been invoiced.
- Out for delivery: Your order is on its way to you.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived.
- Declined: Unfortunately, the order was not approved.
- Canceled: The order has been canceled.
Need to change something about your order? No problem! Some wholesalers allow you to modify or cancel your order before it’s finalized for delivery. To learn more about how to cancel an order, click here.
