1. Log In and Select Your Account
When you open the app (or web portal), make sure you are logged into the correct account. If you manage multiple locations, select the specific Account you want to buy for.
2. Browse or Search for Products
There are three main ways to find what you need:
Search Bar: Type the name of the product or a specific brand.
Categories: Browse through sections like "Beer," "Soft Drinks," or "Water."
- Offers: Take a look at the Offers screen to find Discounts or Mix&Match.
3. Add to Truck
Click on the product to see details like package size and price.
Select the quantity.
Tap "Add to Truck".
4. Review the Truck
Tap the truck/cart icon to review your order.
Check for Incentives: Sometimes adding a few more cases can unlock a discount or a "suggested item" deal.
Verify Totals: Make sure the quantities and prices match your expectations.
5. Select Delivery Date
Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred delivery window based on what is available for your route.
6. Place Order
- Tap "Submit Order." You will see a confirmation screen and receive an email soon after. (Make sure you have an email registered on BEES - My Account > Account > Personal Details )

Order Status: You can track your order under the "My Orders" tab to see if it has been "Placed," "Invoiced," or "Delivered."
