If you already have a BEES account and want to manage another store or location with the same login, here’s how you can do it:
📱Step-by-step to access:
1. Open the BEES app.
2. Go to the My Account.

3. On WEB: Click on "Add a New Business".
On Mobile: Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner, then select "Connect account" to start the linking process.
4. Enter Business Credentials: Just like when you first set up your account, enter the Account Number, a Recent Invoice ID, and the Zip Code for the new location. Tap "Done."

That’s it! You can now manage multiple businesses using BEES.
🔍 Troubleshooting
If you’re not sure about your account number or invoice number, you can check any invoice you have on hand. This information is often included, like in the example below:
Note: Please make sure your invoice is less than 360 days old. If you don’t have an invoice like that or it didn’t work, kindly contact your wholesaler to get the account, invoice, and zip code information.
- If you’re waiting for an email with a code and haven’t received it yet, please check your spam folder for an email from BEES.
- If you’re waiting for an SMS verification code but haven’t received it, please double-check that your customer profile has the correct phone number linked to it.
