If you are having trouble logging into your BEES account with your password, don't worry. This guide will walk you through the quickest ways to regain access to your account - either by bypassing the password entirely using a temporary code or by setting up a new permanent password.
Solution 1: Log in instantly using a Verification Code (OTP)
If your password isn't working and you need to access your account immediately to place an order, you can completely bypass the password screen using a One-Time Password (OTP).
1. Open the BEES App or go to the BEES Web Portal.
2. Enter your registered Email Address or Phone Number and tap Continue.
3. On the Log in screen, tap on your email address or phone number to request a verification code.
4. Check your email or SMS text messages for a temporary 6-digit verification code.
5. Enter the code in the app to log in instantly.
📝 Note: This is a fast, temporary workaround. This code will let you log in right away, but it will not change your old password.
Solution 2: Reset your password permanently
If you want to permanently change your password because you forgot it or the system is rejecting it, follow these steps to create a new one:
1. Go to the BEES login screen, enter your registered Email Address or Phone Number, and tap Continue.
2. On the Login screen, tap on "Password".
3. Below the password field, click on "Reset password".
4. Enter your registered Email Address or Phone Number, and tap Continue.
5. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone or inbox.
6. Type in your new password, then tap Continue.
💡 Tip: If you chose the email option and don't see the 6-digit code within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
🔒 Requirements for your New Password
If you are resetting your password, ensure it meets the BEES security criteria, or the system might reject it:
Must be at least 8 characters long.
Must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
Must include at least one number (0-9).
Must include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
