Whether you're keeping track of inventory, restocking important items, or checking out new products, BEES makes the process simple. To help you get going, we've put together some simple steps for signing up below so you can start enjoying the benefits BEES provides.
📱Step-by-step
1. Download the myBEES USA app from the app store or visit the BEES website.
2. Enter your email address or phone number, and tap Continue.
3. Just tap on your email address or phone number to get your verification code. Once your 6-digit code arrives, type it in and hit Continue.
💡 Tip: If you chose the email option and don't see the 6-digit code within a few minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
4. Please enter your first and last name, then click Continue.
5. Enter your password.
🔒 Requirements for your New Password
Ensure it meets the BEES security criteria, or the system might reject it:
Must be at least 8 characters long.
Must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
Must include at least one number (0-9).
Must include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
6. Terms & Conditions - these options are optional, so you don't have to select anything if you prefer not to.
7. Link Your Business - In this step, you'll connect your business (account) to your BEES profile. To do this, you'll need your account number (Account ID), an invoice number, and the zip code.
💡 If you’re not sure about your account number or invoice number, you can check any invoice you have on hand. This information is often included, like in the example below:
Note: Please make sure your invoice is less than 360 days old. If you don’t have an invoice like that or it didn’t work, kindly contact your wholesaler to get the account, invoice, and zip code information.
8. All set! You now have a BEES profile. Head over to the Promotions section to place your first order.
