Whether you want to update your current password for security reasons, please follow the simple steps below.
Please note: You need to be logged into your BEES account to change your password using the steps below. If you're unable to log in because you've forgotten your password, please check out the "Not Able to Log In Using My Password" article.

1. Go to the My Account

2. On WEB: Click "Password"
On Mobile: Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner, then select "Change password".
3. Enter your New Password, then click Update.

🔒 Password Security Requirements
To ensure your BEES account and business data stay secure, your new password must meet the following criteria:
Must be at least 8 characters long.
Must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z).
Must include at least one number (0-9).
Must include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
